Biography

Shantrell was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and moved to Kennesaw, Georgia, in 1986 with her family, including her older brother and sister. A proud graduate of Marietta High School (Class of 1998), Shantrell started her academic journey at Fort Valley University and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University). Before joining the firm, she honed her skills in customer service for over 20 years, developing a keen ability to support clients through complex and challenging situations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Shantrell is the firm's dedicated Insurance Accountability Specialist Manager. With a passion for helping those who have faced trauma or severe stressors, Shantrell brings a healing touch to those navigating difficult life experiences. She is responsible for gathering and organizing critical medical records and evidence to create compelling Offers of Compromise, ensuring each case is presented in the strongest possible light. Shantrell is not only a cornerstone of the firm but also a source of warmth, empathy, and strength to those around her. Her passion for life and dedication to helping others make her an invaluable part of the team.

Personal Life & Interests

When not advocating for clients, Shantrell loves to cook delicious dishes and paint stunning landscapes. She spends her time with her three daughters – Angel, Heaven, and Tiara – and her beloved granddaughter, Nalah. Together, they have traveled the world, exploring historic landmarks, museums, and aquariums. Shantrell and her family have journeyed across Europe and visited 48 states in America, making memories and sharing adventures.
