Edgard is a dedicated and adaptable professional who has steadily built a career by gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments. Beginning his career in the call center industry, he developed strong skills in communication, data analysis, and performance coaching being part of a Quality Analyst team. As he grew professionally, he expanded into the legal field, where he has contributed to our team handling Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Workers’ Compensation cases.

Professional Career

Edgard has worked as a Quality Analyst in a gaming-focused call center in Nicaragua. There, he was responsible for reviewing agent performance, analyzing client data, and providing weekly coaching and feedback to help improve KPIs. This role sharpened his attention to detail, accountability, and ability to deliver constructive insights. Simultaneously, he has built over several years of experience in the legal field, supporting attorneys and case managers by handling documentation requests, following up on insurance claims and coverage verification, retrieving declaration pages, and coordinating with medical providers on billing/account balance confirmation and health insurance claims. These experiences have strengthened his skills in legal support, organization, and client-focused communication.

Hobbies & Interests

When Edgard is not working, he enjoys taking swimming classes, spending quality time with friends, and staying active. He loves anything related to trading either Forex, Cryptocurrencies or stock market and he also loves playing Fortnite.
