Shantrell Ball was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and moved to Kennesaw, Georgia, in 1986. She graduated from Marietta High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Purdue Global. Before joining the firm, she spent more than 20 years in customer service.
At The Awad Law Firm, she manages insurance accountability work, helping gather and organize medical records and evidence for Offers of Compromise. Her work emphasizes warmth, empathy, and strength.
Outside of work, Shantrell enjoys cooking, painting, traveling, and spending time with her daughters and granddaughter.
